Meet Your Teacher
Hi, my name is Bernadette!
After working in retail for 20 years, I returned to school and earned my master’s in education. From there, I taught for 18 years at the elementary and middle school level. My passion for teaching helped spark a love of working with kids 1-1. Now I’m able to help kids get grade level ready with my unique tutoring method.
It’s my mission to see all children succeed and love school!
I help students with critical thinking and communicating their thinking in academically acceptable ways with my unique tutoring method.

I’m a great grandma to 1 sweet kiddo.
My mom and my grandma were teachers so it runs in my blood.
I traveled 90 miles roundtrip for 11 years of my teaching career.
I love teaching elementary math skills and social studies.
I’m an Alabama football fan! Roll Tide!
